    The High Grade Paper Mill (Thabaung) and Newsprint Paper Mill (Thabaung) are located near Hlaygyitet Village, Thabaung Township, in the Ayeyarwady Region of  Myanmar. The Government of Myanmar through the Ministry of Planning, Finance and Industry is willing to invite EoI Proposal from interested local and International companies for recommissioning and operation of the two Mills as implementing Pulp and Paper Industrial estate.
